Owner Luigi Aldana still gets on the roof himself.
Unlike roofing companies that quote a job over the phone, Luigi comes out to the property and gets up on the roof before he gives you a number. Customers describe him as responsive, respectful, and genuinely uninterested in pushing a contract you didn't ask for.
He works alongside Rebecca, who puts together the estimates, and Jeremy on sales, a small team that customers keep coming back to describe as easy to reach and easy to trust with an old roof's surprises.
